The assessment form asks for name, work email, phone (optional), company, company size, interests, and an optional note. Submitting it POSTs to our Formspree endpoint; we receive the answers by email at [email protected]. By default this site does not store the form on a server.
Hosting and the browser may create ordinary technical logs (for example, pages requested). We do not run an advertising pixel on this site.
We use assessment answers to reply and, if we work together, to write a Statement of Work. We do not sell this information.
